Our goal as a club is focusing on development of the player and team concepts. Winning is not our main concern!

Attention MAYSA Rec and Classic Coaches and Assistant Coaches
Wisconsin Youth Soccer Association (WYSA) mandates that all MAYSA Rec and Classic team coaches and assistant coaches register to receive a Coach Pass Card.  OSA strongly recommends coaches follow this policy. To register and receive your coach pass card, please go to:
http://www.wiyouthsoccer.com/Coaches/coachpass.htm to complete the easy online registration process.  OSA will reimburse the inexpensive registration fee of $10. Issuance of a new card requires uploading a digital picture.  Coach pass cards are valid for 2 years and renewals cost $10 as well.
Requirements for Coaching
A minimum of a USSF "G/Y1" coaching certificate is recommended for coaches. Free (covered by Oregon Soccer Association) 3-hour classes to obtain this are offered by WYSA - see
http://www.wiyouthsoccer.net/CourseDescriptions.html for course descriptions and http://www.wiyouthsoccer.net/CoachingCourses.asp to sign up for one.
